Part one

Planning & design.

    Measurements & floor plan

    I come to the house and measure every space we'll be working on, so that every piece that gets ordered fits the room it was chosen for.

    Design concept

    I build the design direction for the home and present it through inspiration boards — materials, palette, mood, room by room. You see exactly where we're going before anything is bought.

    Furniture layout drawing

    A drawn plan for each room showing exactly where every piece lands — circulation, proportion, and how the family actually moves through the space.

    Project budget

    A full cost breakdown for the project before we start buying, so the scope and the spend are agreed and predictable.

The shopping days.

Concentrated buying days, in store and online — furniture, decor and every essential a house needs on its first morning.

Every room, fully furnished — living, dining, bedrooms, workspace.

Beds & bedding

Mattresses for every bed, duvets, pillows, bed linen sets.

Kitchen

Pots and pans, cutlery, dinnerware, glassware, coffee set, kitchen bin.

Bathrooms

Mats, bins, soap dishes, towel sets.

Starter supplies

Cleaning products, laundry, soaps, toilet paper — the things nobody wants to shop for on day one.

Decor

Plants, artwork, vases, cushions — for the rooms you want styled.

Delivery & the set up.

    Deliveries, coordinated and received

    I schedule every delivery and I'm at the house to receive them. Assembly, placement, returns and chasing suppliers — handled without you on a single phone call.

    The final set up

    I arrive with everything bought in advance — decor, linens, towels, greenery, kitchenware — unpack it all, style the rooms and set the house up for your arrival.
